Performing an experience with Pueblos Remotos is always somewhat gratifying and very grateful. But when doing that experience is rewarded by two people who repeat, satisfaction is double.
Lucía Retuerto and Raúl Navarro are the first repeaters of remote peoples, since both participated in the two experiences that we have developed so far: Icod Remote and old remote (now renamed Icod remote towns and old remote towns). Two very different contexts of rurality, but with a very similar spirit.
During 2021, Raúl and Lucía spent almost two months teleworking in the Canary Islands, in a rural environment and cooperating with local actors.
Through this conversation with them, we will know firsthand what their experience was, why they were encouraged to repeat and what they took in their "backpack" of all this learning.
But, of course, you won't think that we are going to make you spoiler of everything, right? If you want to see what they answered and know what drove them to return, give the play and enjoy this conversation with them.
