As in any great project, something that cannot be missing is the collaboration between the small agents that act in the meeting place. For that reason, in ancient remote we will collaborate with six local actors, who develop their business in this wonderful Majorero municipality.
These rural entrepreneurs have been identified thanks to the Biosphere Reserve project of Fuerteventura, Rural & Ecotourism, and were selected by their union with the rural environment, their work with raw materials of fair trade and above all, for their willingness to be part of the transformation of the tourist model towards sustainability.
The 6 projects have a fundamental role in the experience, because they raise challenges (marketing, communication, management, etc.) based on their current needs, which will have to be solved by teleworkors, putting all their ingenuity and grill on the grill creativity.
Small businesses with great stories full of effort, vocation and value. Next, you will know them:
A life project of the Méndez Mesa family, with three generations behind him, where he works for the conservation of the tradition and agricultural culture of Fuerteventura. They began cultivating export tomatoes more than 70 years ago, making the relay to Aloe Vera and Olivos cultures plus rural tourism accommodations, to continue more recently integrating the philosophy of permaculture. All this on an ecological farm, in the center of the island, between two protected natural landscapes, with a philosophy of respect for nature, and the environment.
The Verdeaurora family
The Animal Academy is a non -profit initiative founded by a team of veterinary professionals. It is born of two main needs: rescue and refuge farm animals that have been victims of abuse or abandonment; and educate and raise public populations in environmental education and domestic environmental education. Its mission is to promote respect and empathy for nature and animals, educating the population about the importance of animal welfare in native fauna.

3) Aloe life
A small entity that begins in 2014, from the hands of Daniel Acosta. Specialized in the cultivation and processed of Aloe Vera with ecological processes, and 100% respectful with the environment. In addition, they transform aloe leaves into liquid to create cosmetics and food supplements; And they sell through their website or manufacture for other brands, which have a sustainable philosophy. Its mission is to produce quality aloe vera respecting the environment, with passion and a lot of work.
Vidaloe Finca
Felipe and Paula, on behalf of the Association of Creative Artisans of Fuerteventura, collaborate with their brand made in the Canary Islands, Flypart. Inspired by the Majorera population, they decided to continue with the tradition of the crafts of their parents and have been doing higher quality products with national raw materials for more than ten years. They make bags, jewelry, belts, purses, in detail and manually. This wonderful creative company works every day to demonstrate that you can live from crafts.

5. THE HOUSE OF THE CHEESE CABRERA PÉREZ
A 'alive' museum of the elaboration of Majorero cheese. Founded by David Cabrera, farmer and experienced cheese, who wants to convey with this project the characteristic flavors of Fuerteventura. In its farm, located in the wicked plains, they make a Majorera goat cheese with an original flavor. A place full of traditional culture and gastronomic pleasure.

6) Rural Hotel Era de la Court
The first rural accommodation that is created in majoreras lands. A small family home, which after more than a century of history, opens its door to enjoy our stay in Antigua. The Canarian house is surrounded by a farm with Canary palm trees, aloe plants and native plants of the island. Malole and David, the current hotel managers, are the third generation that works in it, providing a more innovative vision, but maintaining the cultural essence of the house. A place that emanates peace, tranquility and above all that will help us connect with the natural of the Majorero landscape.
In ancient remote both the Tourism Board, through the Ministry of Tourism, as well as the City of Antigua and the Ministry of New Technologies of the Cabildo de Fuerteventura, are being involved and collaborating so that the experience is unforgettable. Those three weeks of teleworking, synergies and learning would not be possible without these institutions.
These six entrepreneurs are added to ancient remote proposing different activities in which we will generate Team Building and Smarts Solutions to better learn about their business models.
In less than a month, we will all find ourselves in the town to dialogue on undertaking in rural environments, contributing our grain of sand, learning, inspiring and enjoying the #Rurality.
