Tri-rural, connecting entrepreneurs and territories for an innovative rural future

We have a new post blog to talk to you about the final tri-rural event 2025 through which we put the final climax to this beautiful formative experience and a process of co-creation of 6 months.

Final event Try-Rural Presentation 2025

It is curious how fast time passes. Sometimes, six months may seem an eternity and in others, they pass in the blink of an eye.

Last Wednesday, March 20, we celebrated the final event of the first edition of Tri-Rural , an innovative initiative that has joined entrepreneurs from three different rural territories:

  • Arribes del Duero (Zamora/Salamanca)
  • Baja Isla (Tenerife)
  • Guadalajara

For six months, nine entrepreneurs have worked on a network to develop collaborative projects that contribute value to both their own businesses and the territories from which they act.

A collaboration and learning program

Tri-Rural was born with the aim of promoting network entrepreneurship, a strong basis for co-creation, social innovation and network collaboration from the rural environment.

The program, promoted by the projects: Ruralízate (Arribes del Duero), Rural Rumbo (Guadalajara) -which has also joined La Cabrera -and some servers, remote villages (Baja Isla -Tenerife) has offered the participants different actions, which have gone since ::

  • Quinceful group and co-creation group sessions.
  • Specialized training in sustainability, financing and marketing.
  • Panels with referent rural entrepreneurs.
  • Personalized mentoring to improve your business models.

All this, developed calmly and adapting to the reality of entrepreneurship, with very demanding dedication schedules in some cases.

Collaborative projects that inspire

As a result of the program -or at least in part, because the real results have been many more -, entrepreneurs presented three collaborative projects:

  1. Feel Arribes: A weekend experience that combines rural accommodation, floral design workshops and an immersion in the world of beekeeping in Arribes del Duero.
  2. Essences of the Baja Island: a unique sensory trip on the island of Tenerife that fuses beekeeping, elaboration of artisanal soaps and creative design.
  3. Cervezte : An innovative workshop in Guadalajara that combines the elaboration of artisanal beer with graphic design and creative seam, value the role of women in the history of beer.

The power of rural collaboration

Tri-Rural has shown that collaboration between entrepreneurs from different territories is not only possible, but also generates a positive multiplier impact. The participants highlighted the value of sharing knowledge, overcoming the loneliness of rural entrepreneurship and creating tangible projects that benefit their communities.

For all this, we conclude that "remote students" is much more than an educational project: it is a bridge between youth, the academy and the community. It shows that when young people receive the opportunity to leave the classrooms, connect with reality and face concrete challenges, they become agents of change capable of transforming their environments.

The success of this third edition reaffirms the need to continue betting on this type of initiatives. Because investing in youth is not only a commitment to the future, but with a more committed, more creative and more sustainable present.

Currently, from pueblos remotos we are looking for opportunities to replicate these types of experiences in other places at the state and European level. Therefore, if you have a relationship or you know any educational institution that might interest this initiative to know. Thank you very much and until the next experience!

A promising future

The success of this first edition drives us to continue working on the connection of rural territories and entrepreneurs. From pueblos remotos, together with our travel companions, we will continue to bet on initiatives that foster innovation and sustainability in rural areas.

We take this opportunity to thank again the support of the Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge , as well as that of our sponsors and collaborators: Cajasiete, Iberdrola and the General Foundation University of La Laguna , which have made this pioneering project possible.

For everything else, the last thing we can say here is until 2026?
