1. General information
These general conditions of sale regulate the contractual relationship between Pueblos Remotos SL (hereinafter, "pueblos remotos") and users who acquire activities through the www.pueblosremotos.com platform.

2. Object and scope of application
These conditions regulate the sale of activities with rural/local entrepreneurs offered on the platform of pueblos remotos. They will apply to all transactions made through www.pueblosremotos.com.
3. Purchase process
To make a purchase, the user must follow the following steps:
1. Select the desired activity
2. Provide the necessary data for reservation
3. Accept these general conditions of sale
4. Perform payment
Once the process is completed, the user will receive a confirmation of their order by email.
4. Prices and payment methods
The prices of the activities will be shown in euros and include the applicable IGIC/VAT. Pueblos Remotos reserves the right to modify prices at any time, applying the price in force at the time of purchase.
The following payment methods will be accepted:

payments through Stripe
payments through PayPal
5. Right of withdrawal
The user has the right to give up the contract within 14 calendar days without justification. To exercise this right, you must notify your decision to Pueblos Remotos through an unequivocal declaration.
6. Cancellations and modifications
The cancellation and/or modification periods will be specified within each activity, but in general, for the cancellation of any activity it is necessary to warn with a margin of 7 calendar days.
In case of not exercising that right of cancellation, the payment made by the activity will not proceed.
7. Responsibilities
Pueblos Remotos acts as an intermediary between users and rural/local entrepreneurs who offer activities. The responsibility of Pueblos Remotos is limited to the management of the platform and the facilitation of reserves.
8. Protection of personal data
Pueblos Remotos undertakes to protect the privacy of users in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights.
9. Intellectual property
All contents of the platform www.pueblosremotos.com are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These general sales conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation. Any dispute that may arise will submit to the competent courts and courts according to the applicable legislation.
11. MODIFICATIONS OF THE CONDITIONS
Pueblos Remotos reserves the right to modify these general sales conditions at any time. The modifications will enter into force since its publication on the platform.
