1. General Information
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale regulate the contractual relationship between Pueblos Remotos SL (hereinafter, "Pueblos Remotos") and users who purchase activities through the platform www.pueblosremotos.com.

2. Object and scope of application
These terms and conditions govern the purchase and sale of activities with rural/local entrepreneurs offered on the Pueblos Remotos platform. They will apply to all transactions made through www.pueblosremotos.com.
3. Purchase process
To make a purchase, the user must follow these steps:
1. Select the desired activity
2. Provide the necessary information for the booking
3. Accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale
4. Make the payment
Once the process is complete, the user will receive an order confirmation via email.
4. Prices and payment methods
The prices for activities will be shown in euros and will include the applicable IGIC/VAT. Pueblos Remotos reserves the right to modify prices at any time; the price in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
The following payment methods will be accepted:
Payment by credit and/or debit card.
Payments via Stripe.
Payments via Paypal.
5. Right of withdrawal
The user has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. To exercise this right, they must notify Pueblos Remotos of their decision by means of an unequivocal statement.
6. Cancellations and modifications
Cancellation and/or modification periods will be specified within each activity, but in general, for the cancellation of any activity it is necessary to give notice with a margin of 7 calendar days.
If you do not exercise this right of cancellation, the payment made for the activity will not be refunded.
7. Responsibilities
Pueblos Remotos acts as an intermediary between users and the rural/local entrepreneurs who offer the activities. Pueblos Remotos' responsibility is limited to managing the platform and facilitating bookings.
8. Protection of personal data
Pueblos Remotos is committed to protecting the privacy of users in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform www.pueblosremotos.com is protected by intellectual and industrial property rights.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law. Any dispute that may arise shall be submitted to the competent courts and tribunals in accordance with applicable law.
11. Changes to the conditions
Pueblos Remotos reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. Modifications will take effect upon their publication on the platform.
