Passionate about sustainable tourism, 100% remote worker and lover of the rural world. After many years living outside and circling the world, I decided to return to the Canary Islands with the clear objective of changing the tourist model and the ways of doing things. Pueblos Remotos is the fruit of that vision, shared with Carlos, of being able to reactivate rural environments by valueing the projects developed by their own inhabitants and directly benefiting the local economy.

The team of Pueblos Remotos celebrates its second anniversary and reflects on what they have achieved and what they still have to do. Throughout these two years, they have learned the importance of being on the ground and listening to the people of the place, trusting themselves and believing in the value of their experiences. What stand out most is the human quality of all people who have gone through their experiences and the fact of having generated connections between them and with the environment.
