On April 26th, we held our monthly panel discussion on: Remote work on the go – advantages and challenges of working from anywhere, and we had 3 real experts on board:

Pablo Betancor , Product Manager at FreshBooks and a remote worker for over 8 years, having worked in places as diverse as Senegal, Norway, and the USA, currently resides in the Netherlands.

Tania Eufracio , Founder of Vantastic Studio and Distrito Camper. Passionate about the camper van world and working 'on wheels'. She has also been a digital nomad in Latin America, Mexico and several European countries.

Jana Ruiz , a software developer at BestSecret and a remote worker, is looking for her friends. This lifestyle has allowed her to balance her work with being close to the people she loves.
Between anecdotes and tips
The panel gave us a firsthand look at the daily lives of Tania, Pablo, and Jana. They answered questions like "Why did you decide to work remotely?" and "What are your biggest challenges when working remotely while traveling?" with complete transparency, adding very interesting insights into how they cope with uncertainty.
In addition, we had a space for anecdotes, some of them, like the one about 'Pablo's Bus', were very funny, in which the three of them told us about those moments that were sometimes complicated and sometimes fun.
Of course, we also had a space for all the good things that this lifestyle they have chosen and wanted to live brings them.
