Pueblos Remotos Fuencaliente 2022

Remote peoples Fuencaliente was our third experience, which we carried out between June 4 and 25, 2022.
With this initiative, we managed to attract 11 remote workers to the municipality of Fuencaliente (La Palma) and that they will collaborate, through activities and challenges co-created, with 4 local actors (entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs)
The result was a resounding success in all terms: connection between teleworkors, socio-economic impact in the municipality, a lot of experiences that we will remember the rest of our lives.
Within the impacts that occurred in pueblos remotos, 2022, we can reflect the following:
- Challenges: Of the 12 challenges raised, 10 were resolved and 35 new solutions were proposed.
- An average of 7 teleworkors were involved with each of the local actors
- A direct economic impact was generated between the main and secondary local actors. 50% of the contribution had an impact on the main actors (local entrepreneurs), 25% in other secondary actors (communication, audiovisuals, suppliers, etc.), 20% remaining had a direct impact on the municipality of Antigua (restaurants, stores, etc.) and 5% of it was donated for those affected by the Old Summit volcano.
- Synergies were developed among local actors, who have shown a lot of interest in continuing in contact with each other through monthly meetings.

Pueblos Remotos will always mark a before and after in our experiences. It has been the one that has marked the maturity of the project and where many experiences, experiences and moments that will always accompany us have happened.
