Rural referents with Biofood Network

We leave you here our last panel of rural referents, in which we had the opportunity to talk with Dulcinea Ortiz , founder of Biofood Network .

Last Wednesday, September 27, we returned with the section 'Rural referents.'

For this we have a luxury rapporteur: Dulcinea Ortiz , founder of Biofood Network® .

We talked about the adventure that meant setting up this project, how they see from Biofood Network to the 'rural referents', how it is to undertake from a rural environment, and in Bio, and all the initiatives that are behind this beautiful project.

We leave you here below the full video with the intervention of Dulcinea.

Collecting knowledge of Biofood Network

From Biofood Network they shared a lot of usefulness information with us, from how the project arises, through the first challenges or how it still costs to understand the Bio from the rural one.

Dulcinea tells us how working with the network, which they bring and that advantages have to belong to it. The collaboration ties that stand out and things such as "enhancing rural talent and giving visibility and support to rural entrepreneurs" are things that we share 100% from pueblos remotos.

In addition, within the conversation with her we also had answers to questions such as: What are the biggest challenges they identify right now to undertake from a rural environment? What impacts are currently generating in the rural environment? or who is the network mainly directed?

If you have more interest in knowing everything we are talking about during this conversation, we invite you to see it on our YouTube channel Ah, yes! And to subscribe to it, if you have not done so 🤗
