7 reasons why I have connected with the team of Pueblos Remotos doing my university practices

Anne tells us through this post post which are the 7 reasons why he has connected with the team of Pueblos Remotos carrying out his university practices.

Hello hello!

I suppose that as it happens to me you will be fed up with listening or saying happy new year!, So I save it (although you have already read it, hehe).

Ane tells you, one of the new members of the team pueblos remotos 🙂

Last September, I started this new adventure as a student of the Leinn grade (leadership, entrepreneurship and innovation) in practices. Now I am carrying out my end of degree project, about the creation of the new business line within the company, for the promotion of ethical tourism and the dynamization of rural environments through young talent.

These two branches, rural reactivation and youth, are two issues that I have been working for quite a while, in previous projects that I have developed, in the programs to which I have attended and dynamized. Therefore, I am very motivated to carry out this challenge and I am sure that this fusion has a lot to contribute!

I've been part of the team for a short time, but the truth is that I have integrated much better and more quickly than I expected. Many times it is not easy to connect with people and it is even more complicated to connect with work partners, because among several factors, people who seek to do things with dedication, try to find “the best” and it is difficult to meet expectations.

However, in this case I can say that I have connected a lot with people who are part of this "madness" and this is due to different reasons:

My 7 reasons to work with Pueblos Remotos

Reason 1: The mission, vision and values of remote peoples are totally aligned with mine. Therefore, I believe, trust and I want to convey to all the "connected rurality".

Reason 2: From the first minute, it has been trusted even if it is the "new" and "young". My contributions are taken into account, the team drives me to have more responsibilities and I have the opportunity to “create” within the company.

The mission, vision and values of Pueblos Remotos are totally aligned with mine.

Reason 3: Remote work and work through objectives is one of the keys to the functioning of remote villages, offering a lot of flexibility and promoting the self -independence of each team member.

Reason 4: We have generated very “good vibes” in the dynamics of the team, humor is essential and we enjoy free time outside the working hours to get better to us among us.

Reason 5: The well -being of people is very valued, we listen and give ourselves feedback when this is necessary.

Reason 6: Generate a positive impact on society, contact networks, innovation and have an international vision are greatly valued in remote villages. Therefore, I am constantly learning (practicing languages, knowing many interesting people, discovering new cultures and knowing first hand the different challenges of society).

Reason 7: Being a multidisciplinary team, with people of diverse ages and based on different cultures, has helped me grow both personally and professionally.

So after mentioning this list (by Green Flags as some would say), for now it seems that everything goes on wheels "and the truth is that it is so!

But huh, wait. As in every venture, not everything is always so "ideal" and "perfect." Many times the uncertainty and ignorance of many issues have also generated many doubts on the way and still what we have left! So now it's time to enjoy the moment and "give cane" to this, that 2024 looks like it is a "intense" but incredible year!
